You’ll receive instant access to downloadable files after purchase — no physical items are shipped.

2. Licence & Permitted Use

When you buy a Lizzies Lines product, you’re purchasing a single-user licence. This means you can use the resource for your own business or creative practice, but not share, resell, or distribute it.

Reuse them within your own freelance business.
Print or save copies for personal reference.

🚫 You can’t:

Share, sell, or redistribute the files (even if you’ve edited them).

For team, organisational, or educational use, please get in touch about a multi-user or commercial licence.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because these products are digital and accessible instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you’re waiving your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If your file is missing, corrupt, or incorrect, please email within 7 days and I’ll happily replace it.
